Welcome! I am so glad that you are here. Therapy is a place where you are safe, heard, and valued. No one should struggle alone and I would be honored to walk with you through any season of life. While I cannot guarantee that this process will be easy, I can guarantee that we will walk this road to healing together! –Sarah
Sarah is currently earning her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Lipscomb University. She is thrilled to be training alongside her peers at Castleman Counseling. Previously, Sarah has served as a Youth Intern for two summers and loved the connections she made with the teens. Working with teenagers and walking with them through some tough seasons made her pursue her dream of becoming a Licensed Clinician. Sarah believes beautiful change can be found through laughter, tears, and worship and is thrilled to begin this therapeutic journey with you.
