Life can be so heavy sometimes, and it can be really vulnerable to come to therapy β but there often comes a time when it becomes more painful not to. This is typically when our coping skills are no longer working for us, and we recognize our immense need for care and healing. If this is you, Diana longs to join you and help you understand how you got here, and the steps that will help you get back to a life of thriving. Diana has benefited tremendously from therapy in her own life, and embraces her clients with warmth, compassion, and hope.
Diana is a masters level intern at Castleman Counseling, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca University. Before pursuing a career in counseling, Diana worked as a teacher, photographer, social entrepreneur in Haiti, and as a stay-at-home mom. Most recently, she taught Social Emotional Learning at an elementary school here in Nashville using a curriculum she developed. Diana has been married to her best friend for 16 years and together they have two children, ages 12 and 9. Some of her favorite things are watching her kids do things they love like soccer and music, going on hikes, and traveling.
Diana is under the supervision of Lindsey Castleman, LMFT #1268
