“It is my deep belief that no one is ever too far from experiencing restoration. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you as you find healing in a safe and uplifting space where you will be accepted and cherished.” – Lindsay
Lindsay is a post-master’s marriage and family therapist who believes that healing begins when we feel truly seen and connected. Having navigated her own personal journey of growth and healing, she brings empathy and compassion to her work with kids, teens, adults, couples and families.
She creates a warm, safe space where you can explore your challenges and emotions without fear of judgment. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, facing relationship challenges, or working through trauma, Lindsay’s desire is to be fully present so you may feel supported and empowered, helping you find your way toward healing and stronger connections.
Lindsay enjoys spending time with her friends and family and doing anything outdoors, especially hiking and playing pickleball!
Lindsay is under the supervision of Lindsey Castleman, LMFT #1268
